RDS Investments was born in the heart of Beverly Hills in 2000. Founded by Robert D. Shipp, the family office primarily deals in commercial properties to fit the needs of over 500 tenants that range from small to Fortune 500 companies.

With over 2,000,000 sq ft covering more than 60 properties in California, Nevada, and Arizona, RDS Investments leases to a variety of tenants.
Properties are managed in-house and include Frito Lay Distribution Center, NBC Universal, Cox Communications, Azusa Pacific University, Jacobs Farms, Hudson News, Auto Nation, US Bank, and Panda Express. Both large and small, we treat everyone as our best customers.
